POSITIONS WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL

Develop and organize all aspects of the company's fundraising programs. Research and identify potential donors and sponsors and implement strategies to foster positive relationships. Assume full responsibility for various fundraising efforts including product sales, obtaining items for sale in auctions, and acquiring donations.
Establish and maintain friendly business communications with individual and business donors or sponsors. Create reports post-event to analyze data and determine the marketing effectiveness for the fundraising program.

Maintain regular member outreach. Develop and implement strategies for the retention of existing members and recruitment and cultivation of new members, including the creation of new member benefits and regular solicitation of member feedback.
Support the Director of Programs in developing and implementing new strategic partner programs and services as the need is identified and feasibility is determined. Also coordinate website content and functionality to enhance membership and strategic partnership programs.

Community relations managers sustain positive relationships with community members to maintain and develop strategies designed to make positive contributions to the Driven By Diversity goals.
